The war on drugs is a scam! They’re only in it for the money. The USA has more people in prison PER CAPITA than any other nation in the world. Forget about the stories of Russian gulags and Turkish jails that people are sent to for minor offenses and never return. The USA has superceded them. How can the US be the “land of the free” when we have more people caged up than anyone else. And mostly for bullshit like growing/selling POT of all things. A drug that CAN NOT be linked to causing ANYONE ANY HARM EVER. There is no opposing arguement here. It’s black and white. The so called “war on drugs” is a parasitic establishment that is used as an excuse to bleed taxpayer’s money right back into the system. It is a fraud and they stand for nothing. Good people go to jail daily, and we pay the bill. And why? So instead of smoking a joint to ease our eyes, stomachs, and minds; we can be sold PILLS that contain God knows what, that cost even more that Northern Lights, have a shopping list of side effects, and have completely unknown long term effects. YEAH! Sounds like a good deal in the interests of the common people, if I ever heard one.
